The only restriction you will have is up to 1,000 tickets, and 5 user licences for your team.

If I want the SaaS version, what are the differences?  

Absolutely none. You get the same great product, and all the same functionality. Many of our existing Customers have been switching to the cloud offering, to reduce costs and simplify their processes. Just ask our team how.


What level of support do I get?  

All the same high level of support that you get following purchase. You will be assigned a dedicated Technician who will get to know your requirements, and work with the Developers to get you what you need the first time.
